Cozy room, delicious breakfast, situated in a quiet neighborhood with a bakery across the street that made our mornings delightful.

The location is incredible, with a lovely Christmas market nearby. However, the soundproofing isn’t great. we heard snoring next door.

lack of service

I was positively shocked to find the shower door visible from the room door, absolutley horrendous for privacy. Plus, with the reception closing at 10 pm, I felt abandoned, like a lost puppy. I expected, I don’t know, a complimentary drink or a room upgrade for such inconveniences, but clearly, they reserve such perks for others only.

The lack of soundproofing was quite bothersome, especially during late hours!!! A visible shower door from the main door is not the greatest design choice for privacy either. Consider improving these aspects!!!

rafaela hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk from the center and the castle. the rooms are very nice, and the staff was exceptionally helpful, sharing great tips about the area. it made our stay even more enjoyable!
